Mobile Flotation Pilot Plant — Your Place or Ours?

MetNet has developed a mobile flotation pilot plant to address your most challenging flotation problems in base metal sulfides, complex polymetallics, silver ores, gold in pyrite, phosphate deposits and industrial (non-metallic) minerals. We know what it takes to run a successful pilot plant campaign, and we also understand the limitations.

  • nominal 100 kg/hr solids feed rate
  • rougher, scavenger and cleaning stages (mechanical cells)
  • column cells: 100mm, 75mm, and 50 mm diameters
  • auto-slurry sampling
  • all ancillary pumps, reagent systems, and concentrate
  • can be configured into parallel streams for statistical
    testing (base case and variation)

At Your Site...

Ideal for existing operations where the emphasis is on improving plant performance or where variable feed makes it difficult to obtain a representative sample.
